With only three hours notice, Delta provided total onsite services for a national data recovery firm, involving the relocation of over 6,000 employees from the World Trade Center to three facilities totaling 600,000 square feet. Part of Delta’s customized service plan was setting up a command center, providing and managing over 200 full-time and part-time employees working three shifts, 24 hours a day, over a period of several months.
Another prime example of Delta’semergency response capabilities was demonstrated in a Bergen County, NJ, corporate headquarters. The company’s management was able to contact Delta and have a 39 member replacementstaff on premises in less than two hours.
