Delta Building Services Corporation is a privately owned regional cleaning service provider with its corporate offices and warehouse located in Rutherford, New Jersey. Delta services a wide variety of corporate, multi-tenant, financial, commercial, office, industrial facilities plus high-rise condominium and co-op facilities throughout a large region extending from Rockland County, New York in the North to Bridgeport, New Jersey in the South.

It all began in 1907. Morris Korn equipped with just a sponge and a pail started the Rutherford Window Cleaning Company.

Servicing small retail businesses, he began to build a reputation based on the promise of quality and service. In 1946, Morris Korn’s son Herman joined the firm and brought the company to the realm of offering full-service building maintenance.

Today, David Korn who joined the firm in 1973 renamed the organization, continues to bring growth and respect to a company who’s heritage is based on nearly a century old commitment to excellence.
