TRAINING:
Training is one of the key elements in Delta’s success. All of Delta’s employees receive a detailed description of their responsibilities and intensive on-site training. Key personnel receive pre-training at other facilities.
Our training philosophy is based on teaching people to:
- Think Safety
- Think Pride
- Think Knowledge
These three factors-Safety, Pride and Knowledge-are the basis of Delta Building Services’ training philosophy
SAFETY
All Delta employees receive instruction and a copy of Delta’s Safety Manual detailing company safety rules, potential hazards, reporting procedures and accident report forms. Both our clients and Delta benefit from safety programs, most obviously in the reduction of costs related to Worker’s Compensation claims.
