Originally founded in 1907 as Rutherford Window Cleaning by Morris Korn, the small business grew on it reputation for quality and service. In 1946, Morris Korn's son Herman brought the company to the realm of a full-service janitorial maintenance.

David Korn, who joined the firm in 1973 changed the name to Delta Building Services and operates as President of Delta. Mr. Korn's dedication and leadership has turned Delta into one of New Jersey's largest and most respected janitorial service companies. Throughout this process of growth and change, Mr. Korn has not lost sight of his company's century-old commitment to Quality Service.

Zachary Levison, Vice President of Delta Building Services Corporation, with years of sales and management experience provides the expertise in the area of new business development and client satisfaction.

Hugo Franco, Director of Operations of Delta provides the leadership for the Operations Team. All district managers report directly to Mr. Franco on a daily basis.

Delta's District Managers: Juan Montas, Luis Rodriguez and Bill Jaramillo bring the cleaning expertise and response time that results in excellent service to all of Delta’s clients.

Delta's management expertise and extensive labor resources enables us to handle any project 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Through the mixed use of part-time and full-time personnel, we are bale to perform these services on any shift in the most cost effective manner.
